Marrian Caldwell-Parker has quickly developed into a world class premier leader, scholar and speaker.  Equipped with a multiplicity of talents, skills, and perseverance she has graced stages and performance halls as an actress and songstress in addition to her many lecturer and speaking engagements on education, health disparities, social justice, Black American history, African Culture, the emasculation of Black African American males and politics.  Her spiritual and intellectual insight enlightens all that attend her presentations.

Marrian is a dedicated family and community member having served on the Board of Directors for many organizations. She has worked in Public Relations and event planning;and firmly committed to her purpose and divine calling to innovate and enlighten individuals to the highest level of personal success. 

A former teenage mother and wife her words of encouragement and life experiences are example of the personal power we all have to overcome obstacles.  Her favorite quote is taken from Audre Lorde, “If not here? Where? If not now? When? If not you? Who?  You are the one we're waiting for.” It is with that type of introspection that Marrian Caldwell-Parker affects those around her.

Marrian is also founder of Efua Edge Enterprises an event production company to continue her dedication to develop, implement  encouraging critical dialogues, conferences, and projects devoted to enhancing and improving on the life skills across the country.  She is also the author of NOT MY REALITY A CONVERSATION FOR THOSE WHO KNOW THERE'S MORE  .   She host also host a weekly series on Blogtalkradio.com entitled Not my Reality Live.

 Marrian has a Bachelors in Africology, a teacher certification and a Masters of Science from the University of Wisconsin -Milwaukee in Curriculum and Instruction; a Masters of Arts in Science Education College and presently pursuing a Doctorate in Urban Education with a dual focus in Social Foundations and Urban Public Policies .

Mildred Colby:  Author, Spiritual/ Motivation

Evangelist Mildred L. Coby is an active part of the Church of God in Christ (C.O.G.I.C) and has served faithfully in many facets of the church.  Thus she is a valuable asset to the kingdom.  Currently she serves as the District Missionary of the Perfecting District, where she serves as liaison to 9 churches as it relates to women's affairs.  Evangelist Coby believes that one must not just pray, but exemplify a life given to prayer. This belief has been a catalyst for her many years of dedication and service on the International Prayer Ministry of the Churches of God in Christ.

Locally she is a member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church of God in Christ Milwaukee, WI.  Evangelist Coby is the Executive Director to world renowned Bishop Darrell L. Hines in his responsibilities as Director of C.O.G.I.C. Men’s Conference and Superintendent of the Perfecting District and local church affairs. Evangelist Coby believes that God has called her to the ministry of helps.

Her thirst for knowledge motivated her to pursue her Bachelor’s of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. Currently she is in the process of completing a second degree in Law (J.D.).  Evangelist Coby is an example of a young woman who has committed her life to God’s service. Her most earnest desire is to remain an anointed vessel used by God.  Mildred's first published book is called  No More Crumbs.Reaching for More.
