VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers are needed for EVENING OF ELEGANCE

Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age with transportation. 

All volunteers must attend mandatory meeting of Volunteers on April 3, 2010 from 12-2pm. and must be available on  site Saturday ,April 10, 2010 by 5:00pm. 

Volunteers will recieve: 1.  Dinner

                                       2.  Parking reimbursement

Volunteers must be available for orientation on Monday,May 10, or Tuesday May 18 and be available to volunteer  THURSDAY, MAY 20, 2010  and/OR  Wednesday May 21, 2010

WHY VOLUNTEER?

The HIP SISTAS CONFERENCE is a great way to become involed in a community service project that builds and shares the greatness of the our community.

Volunteer Activity Descriptions


Registration

Responsible for collecting registration from the visitors  and distributing bags

Press Registration

Responsible for collecting registration and distributing badges

Volunteer Check-in

Guide volunteers to their appropriate duties

Exhibitor Captain

Responsible for ensuring exhibitors' needs and inquiries are met

Speaker Captain

Responsible for speakers' needs and making sure are inquiries are met

Screenings Captain

Responsible for staff screenings booths

A/V Aide

Monitor A/V functions

Efua Edge Enterprises and HIP Sistas Inc.

Responsible for manning the table at all times and providing answers to visitors regarding the organization by distributing provided material

Evaluation Captain

Distribute evaluations/collect
